30 Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident bringing Firebird Art Glass into your home. If you purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, securely packaged and free of damage.

    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Please contact us at support@firebirdglass.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe arrival.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
