We want you to feel confident bringing Firebird Art Glass into your home. If you purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, securely packaged and free of damage.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us at support@firebirdglass.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe arrival.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
